Beginners Muay Thai & Fitness

Never done any martial arts but daydreamed about trying it? Want to lose weight but don’t know where to start and would like some support? Our beginners course is for you! No fitness level or prior experience assumed. Whatever your personal goals, we’ll have you skillful and feeling great in no time!

That’s right, you and 3 pals can now enjoy all the perks of a personal trainer together! Our personal trainers are not only fitness experts, they’re also awesome martial artists who will tailor each session to the needs of everyone in the group, without leaving out the fun!

Muay Thai
Boxing

Muay Thai, the ancient art of 8 limbs, is the national martial art and sport of Thailand. In addition to boxing defense and striking skills, you will learn to use your legs and knees effectively. Learn the moves of martial arts stunt doubles — jumping knees anyone?

The ancient art of hand combat goes back to beginning of time, appearing across many cultures and civilizations. A longtime olympic sport, boxing has captivated the hearts and minds of millions for centuries. Learn to jab, bob and weave like the greatest!

Think muay thai is only for fellas? Think you haven’t got what it takes because “you’re a woman”? Think again! We know it might be daunting to join a typically male-dominated martial art. That’s why we run women’s only classes with female coaches. Take that first step!

Our kids classes are so much fun – if only we could all go back to being 6 to 11 year olds. What better way for kids to learn the value of discipline, respect, patience, cooperation, hardwork, and the connection between mind and body? And all the while having a great time!

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu [BJJ]
Mixed Martial Arts [MMA]

Originating from Japan and adapted in Brazil, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the martial art of grappling and ground combat. You will learn how to neutralise and submit bigger, stronger opponents than yourself. It is not known as the “gentle art” for nothing!

What it says on the tin – mixed martial arts “mixes” the most effective skills from a range of martial arts, such as muay thai, boxing, wrestling and BJJ. MMA continues to grow in popularity. Come see what all the hype is about and unleash your inner champion!

Muay Thai Advanced

Time to take it to the next level with our advanced muay thai classes. In these classes you will hone your sparring and clinch skills, unleashing the muay thai warrior within! This class is suitable for those with some prior experience in muay thai, boxing or similar.
